Public Record Requests

The School District of Superior construes your correspondence as a public records request pursuant to the Wisconsin Public Records Law, Wis. Stat. §§ 19.31 to 19.39. We have initiated a review of our records in order to respond to your request. Wisconsin Statutes mandate that we provide you with a response “as soon as practicable and without delay.” Wis. Stat. § 19.35(4)(a). The School District of Superior is committed to providing a thorough and timely response to your request and will provide updates on the status of the request as needed.

Preservation of Interactive Media

The School District of Superior does not preserve any interactive media(website, social media channels). The public can access both District and school Social Media accounts at any time, at no charge. Currently Facebook and Twitter allow access to all public posts since the creation of the specific account. The School District of Superior cannot control third-party comments, deletions or edits.
The District recommends utilizing tools such as the Internet Archive Wayback Machine for previous versions of the School District of Superior websites.
